 an Study for this rapidly changing area in Dún Laoghaire\, with a foc
 us on a number of local authority owned buildings on the corner of Geo
 rge’s Lane and Kelly’s Avenue. Previously these properties have be
 en occupied as a hotel\, a wash house\, council stores and offices. As
  part of this project\, this drop-in workshop will gather information 
 and opinions from a wide range of stakeholders on the existing buildin
 gs and their future reuse.\nJoin us in the former Wash House on Kellyâ
 ۪s Avenue\, D̼n Laoghaire to help understand the potential of these 
 remarkable buildings.
