Draft Litter Management Plan 2021-2023
Overview
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council proposes to replace its Litter Management Plan 2018-2020. A new draft plan has been prepared for the
prevention and control of litter in the county area setting out appropriate objectives and targets for the three year period 2021-2023.
Submissions are invited from members of the public and from voluntary and representative bodies in relation to the proposed plan. Copies of the plan are also available free of charge from the Infrastructure and Climate Change Department, County Hall, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, and from the Council's offices, Dundrum Office Park, Main Street, Dundrum, Dublin 14, Tel 01-2054700
Submissions and observations on the proposed draft Litter Management Plan can be made here up to midnight on 16th April 2021.
All comments submitted, including the names of those making the comments will form a report to be presented to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, and will form part of a public document. In the interests of data protection interested parties are asked not to include any other personal information when making submissions. It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
What happens next
Further to this public consultation, a report will be brought back to a Council meeting for the members consideration with a view to adopting the Litter Management Plan 2021-2023
