Draft Development Contribution Scheme 2016-2020
Overview
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council adopted a Development Contribution Scheme in accordance with the provisions of Section 48 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) in December, 2009. This Scheme was amended in May 2013 to take account of market conditions at that time and Guidelines issued by the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government for Planning Authorities in relation to Development Contributions. The amended Scheme (2013 to 2015) will remain in force until 31st December 2015 and accordingly the Council must adopt a new Scheme, which will take effect from 1st January 2016.
The Draft Development Contribution Scheme can be donwloaded from the link below and is also available to inspect Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) until Friday 30th October, 2015 at the following locations:-

(9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m) -
Council Offices, Dundrum Office Park, Dundrum
(9.30 a.m. – 12.30p.m. and 1.30p.m. to 4.30p.m.)
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed Draft Development Contributions Scheme must be made not later than 5.00p.m. on Friday 30th October 2015 as follows:
- in writing to Tom Mahon, Acting Senior Executive Officer, Planning & Enterprise Department, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire and clearly marked “Draft Development Contribution Scheme”
