Overview

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has commenced the preparation a new Local Area Plan for Stillorgan and intends to publish a Draft Plan for public display and comment later in 2017.

The Council is now seeking input at 'Pre-Draft' stage to ensure that local ideas will be heard and taken into consideration before a Draft Local Area Plan is drawn up at a later stage for further public consultation.

The existing Stillorgan Local Area 2007-2017 will expire in October 2017. I t is a requirement of the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Development Plan to review the existing Local Area Plan and advance the preparation of its replacement as expeditiously as possible.
