In accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993 (as amended) Dún Laoghaire - Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a declaration that 130m of roadway/footpath and boundary treatments between Murphystown Way, Glencairn Rd and Glencairn Way and open space at the junction of Glencairn Garth and Glencairn View, Glencairn, Sandyford, Dublin 16 be made public.
