In accordance with the provisions of Section 180 of the Planning & Development Act and Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993 (as amended), Dún Laoghaire - Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a declaration that open space, roads, footpaths, public lighting, surface water sewer, foul sewer and watermains at Neptune House, Blackrock, Co. Dublin hereunder be made public.
