Overview
Dún Laoghaire - Rathdown County Council proposes to replace its current Parking Control Bye-Laws. New Draft Bye-Laws have been prepared to control and regulate parking in the administrative area of Dún Laoghaire - Rathdown.
The Draft Bye-Laws are available for inspection in the "Related Documents" section below.
The Draft Bye-Laws are also available for inspection during normal working office hours from Thursday 12th December 2019 until Thursday 16th January 2020, at the Council offices at County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin and at the Council offices at Dundrum Office Park, Main Street, Dundrum, Dublin 14.
The Council will consider any submissions or observations made in writing regarding these Draft Bye-Laws. The closing date for receipt of submissions and observations is Friday 31st January 2020.
Submissions or observations with respect to the Draft Bye-Laws, may be made via the online submission form below or in writing to Senior Executive Officer, Municipal Services Department, Dún Laoghaire - Rathdown County Council, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
