Proposed-Temporary-Road-Closure-Brighton-Road-Foxrock
Overview
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has received an application from Castlethorn Construction for the temporary closure of Brighton Road, Foxrock, to through traffic from the junction with Westminister Road to the junction with Claremont Road.
The closure is to take place from Monday 13th June, 2016 to Friday 2nd September, 2016.
The purpose of the closure is to facilitate the laying of a new sewer pipe from the entrance to Hollybrook Apartments south for a distance of approximately 150 metres to service a new housing development on Brighton Road.
A Traffic Management Plan will be in place and the diversion route will be via Westminister Road, Hainault Road, Claremont Road and vice versa.
Local Access will be maintained at all times.

Any interested party may lodge an objection in writing with the Senior Engineer, Traffic Section, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council or via e-mail at traffic@dlrcoco.ie, not later than noon on Wednesday 1st June, 2016.
