The  DLR Housing Department received Part 8 Planning approval at  the Council meeting on the 13th of June 2016.

Overview

As part of our commitment to provide high quality social housing we are proposing to refurbish an existing single dwelling and its division into two apartments at the former Assistant Harbour Masters House, 2 Queens Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin (this site is located within an Architectural Conservation Area).

The refurbishment will consist of the provison of the following 1 x one-bed and 1 x two-bed unit.
