DLR Housing Department asked for the public's comments or observations in relation to the proposed refurbishment of existing property at Park House, 66 Georges Street Upper, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
Two submissions were received in relation to this consultation.
The DLR Housing Department received Part 8 Planning Approval at the Council meeting on the 10th of April 2017.
As part of our commitment to provide high quality social housing we are proposing to refurbish an existing building and its division into 4 apartments and one commercial unit at Park House, 66 Georges Street Upper, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin (this site is located within an Architectural Conservation Area)
The refurbishment will consist of the provision of the following 2 x one - bed apartments and 2 x two bed apartments and 1 x commercial unit.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development and dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area , may be made on or before the 28th February 2017 as follows:
The proposed development is in accordance with the provisions of the 2016-2022 Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Development Plan and with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
In accordance with Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations, 2001 (as amended), Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of a proposal to refurbish an existing building and its division into four apartments on the first and second floors and one commercial unit on the ground floor at Park House, 66 Georges Street Upper, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, (this site is located within an Architectural Conservation Area):-
