Applications for Designation of Bathing Waters 2026

Under Article 17 of the Bathing Water Quality Regulations 2008, the local authority must encourage public participation and provide opportunities for people to get involved.

To support this, we are carrying out a public consultation. This is your chance to share your views, including any suggestions, comments, or complaints about existing or proposed bathing water areas.

We are also inviting feedback to help with the establishment, review, and updating of the list of bathing waters in the county.

All submissions will be carefully considered as part of this process.
