Overview

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is proposing to develop a Park and Recreational Facilities at Hudson Road, Glasthule, County Dublin consisting of:-

  • Sports Pavilion,
  • Pitches,
  • Ball stop netting,
  • Paths,
  • Seating,
  • Boules area,
  • Outdoor exercise equiptment,
  • Playground,
  • Landscaping and boundary treatment.
Plans and particulars of the proposals are available for inspection from Tuesday 20th December 2016 up to and including Thursday 9th February 2017 as follows:-
 
  • Municipal Services County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire between the hours 9.30a.m. to 12.30p.m. and 1.30p.m. to 4.30p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
 
  • Planning & Organisational Innovation, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire between the hours of 10.00a.m. to 4.00p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
 
  • The Council Offices, Dundrum Office Park, Dundrum between the hours 9.30a.m. to 12.30p.m. and 1.30p.m. to 4.30p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
 

Why your views matter

The design philosophy is to provide a local park which incorporated both active and passive recreational facilities in an appropriately landscaped setting.  Activities will provide for all age ranges from toddler to senior citizen.

 
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, and dealing with the proper planning and development of the area, may be made in writing on or before Thursday 23rd February 2017 as follows:
