Overview

In accordance with the provisions of Section 180 of the Planning & Development Act, 2000 to initiate the procedures of Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993 (as amended), Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a declaration that roads, footpaths, public lighting, playground, open space, foul sewer, surface water sewer and watermains at Proby Place, Blackrock, Co. Dublin to be made public.
