Overview

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council are seeking your views in relation to our proposal to consider the taking in charge of Melfort, Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

The maps showing the roads, a schedule, a recommendation from Council officials, and the text of the official Notice are attached. 

The maps may also be inspected at the Planning Counter, Level 1, County Hall, Dún Laoghaire during office hours 10.00 am – 4.00 pm (including lunchtime), Monday to Friday from Monday 30th May to Friday 1st July 2016. 

They can also be inspected at the Council's Dundrum Offices, Main Street, Dundrum during office hours (9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm) from Monday 30th May until Friday 1st July 2016.

 

 

Why your views matter

Taking in Charge is a statutory process under the Roads Act 1993.  We would like to hear from you regarding taking in charge proposals for Melfort, Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock.

What happens next

Following this consulation, a report will be prepared for consideration by Elected Members at a future meeting of the Council, where a decision will be made in relation to this matter.
