Overview
As part of our commitment to provide high quality social housing we are proposing to demolish the existing building on a site at 41 Ballyogan Avenue, Ballyogan, Co. Dublin and construct 2 no. 2 bed apartments.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development and dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area, may be made on or before 24th January 2018 as follows:
1. In writing to Ann Hegarty, Senior Executive Officer, Housing Department, DúnLaoghaire Rathdown County Council, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
2. dlr consultations on the Council's website at www.dlrcoco.ie
3. By email to housingconstruction@dlrcoco.ie
Submissions and Observations should be clearly marked 'Site at 41 Ballyogan Avenue.'
The proposed development is in accordance with the provisions of the 2016-2022 Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Development Plan and with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.

In accordance with Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations, 2001 (as amended), Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of a proposal to demolish the existing building on a site at 41 Ballyogan Avenue, Ballyogan, Co. Dublin and construct 2 no. 2 bed apartments for social housing.
