The DLR Housing Department received Part 8 Planning Approval at the Council meeting on 12th September 2016.

Overview

As part of our commitment to provide high quality social housing we are proposing to demoltion the existing house and construct  4 new one- bed units at 132 Pottery Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

The proposed development is in accordance with the provisions of the 2016-2022 Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Development Plan with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
