The DLR Housing Department received Part 8 Planning Approval at the Council meeting on the 12th September 2016.

Overview

As part of our commitment to provide high quality social housing we are proposing to construct 12 new units at George's Place, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

The development will consist of 12 x two-bed, two-storey units.  Twelve parking spaces will be provided.

The proposed development is in accordance with the provisions of the 2016-2022 Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Development Plan and with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
