DLR Housing Department asked for the public's comments or observations in relation to the proposed housing development of 4 units at the site adjacent to 49 Sallynoggin Park, Sallynoggin, Co. Dublin.
A total of three submissions were received to this consultation..
The DLR Housing Department received Part 8 Planning approval at the Council meeting on the 14th of December 2015.
As part of our commitment to provide high quality social housing we are proposing to construct 4 new units at the site adjacent to 49 Sallynoggin Park, Sallynoggin, Co. Dublin.
The development will consist of the following: 4 x one bed units (2 units on ground floor and 2 units on first floor). Each unit comprises of a large double bedroom, large living room, seperate kitchen, bathroom and hall with storage. Each unit has external private space and bin storage area. The total area for the 4 no. one bed units is 386 sq. metres.
There are two proposed disabled parking bays and two regular parking bays on site.
The proposed development is in accordance with the provisions of the 2010-2016 Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Development Plan with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
