In accordance with the provisions of Section 180 of the Planning & Development Act, 2000 to initiate the procedures of Section 11 of the Roads Act, 1993 (as amended), Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a declaration that open space, roads, footpaths, public lighting, watermains, foul sewer and surface water sewer at Belarmine Phase Three (Belarmine View and Belarmine Drive), Stepaside, Co. Dublin, be made public.
