Planning: Notice of Proposed Taking in Charge at Stonebridge Wood, Stonebridge Lane, Shankill, Dublin 18
Overview
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is considering taking charge of the roads and related services at Stonebridge Wood, Stonebridge Lane, Shankill, Dublin 18.
If approved, the following infrastructure would become public and would be maintained by the Council and Uisce Eireann:
- Roads
- Footpaths
- Public lighting
- Open spaces
- Foul sewers
- Surface water sewers
- Water mains
The Council is commencing the legal process required to consider this proposal.
Legal Basis
In accordance with the provisions of Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to initiate the procedures under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993 (as amended) and to consider the making of a declaration that the roads, footpaths, public lighting, open space, foul sewer, surface water sewer and water mains at Stonebridge Wood, Stonebridge Lane, Shankill, Dublin 18, be made public
