PC/H/03/16 Proposed Demolition 33, 35 & 37 Temple Road, Blackrock, Co. Dublin and Construction of 3 no. Housing Units

Overview

As part of our commitment to provide high quality social housing we proposed to demolish Nos. 33, 35 & 37 Temple Road, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, which were severely damaged by a gas explosion, and construct three Housing Units  consisting of 2 x 2 bed 'duplex' units and 1 x 3 bed unit at the site.

The proposed development is in accordance with the provisions of the 2016-2022 Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Development Plan and with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
