Proposed house at the corner site at Moreen Avenue/Blackthorn Green Sandyford, Co Dublin

In accordance with Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations, 2001 (as amended), Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council hereby gives notice of a proposal to construct the following:

1 no. 4 bed 2 storey house at the corner site at Moreen Avenue/Blackthorn Green, Sandyford, Co. Dublin

In accordance with S.I. 476, 2011, Section 250, Planning and Development (Amendment) (No.3) Regulations, 2011, the Council has carried out a screening and it has been determined that an Appropriate Assessment is not required.

Plans and particulars of the proposed development are available to view below and will also be available for inspection Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from 12th February 2015 up to and including 26th March 2015 at the following locations:

 

  • Planning & Enterprise Department, and Housing & Community Department, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire between the hours of 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. 
  • Council offices, Dundrum Office Park, Dundrum between the hours 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. 

 

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, and dealing with the proper planning and development of the area, may be made on or before 9th April 2015 as follows:
