Draft Development Contribution Scheme in respect of development in the Cherrywood Planning Scheme Area 2023-2028  

SECTION 48 PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000 (as amended) 

Notice is hereby given that Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has prepared a Draft Development Contribution Scheme in respect of development in the Cherrywood Planning Scheme Area 2023-2028 in accordance with the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended). 

Details of the proposed contributions under the Draft Development Contribution Scheme in respect of development in the Cherrywood Planning Scheme Area 2023-2028, for Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council are set out in Table 1 & 2 below. The Scheme comprises of Cherrywood and Countywide Contributions. Table 1 applies to Countywide Contributions and Table 2 applies to Cherrywood Contributions. For development(s) within the Cherrywood Planning Scheme Area Table 1 & 2 both apply.

Copies of the Draft Development Contribution Scheme in respect of development in the Cherrywood Planning Scheme Area 2023-2028 are available for public inspection at the following locations: - 

• Civic Hub, County Hall, Dún Laoghaire, A96 K6C9 (9:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) 

• Council Offices, Dundrum Office Park, Dundrum, D14 YY00 (9:30a.m. – 12:30p.m. & 1:30p.m. – 4:30p.m.) 

Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from Friday 30th June 2023 to Monday 14th August 2023 (inclusive). 

• All branches of Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown Libraries during opening hours

Submissions or observations in relation to the proposed Draft Development Contribution Scheme in respect of development in the Cherrywood Planning Scheme Area 2023-2028 must be made not later than 5:00p.m. on Monday 14th August 2023 as follows: 

• In writing to the Administrative Officer, Cherrywood SDZ Development Agency Project Team, Forward Planning Infrastructure Department, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire and clearly marked “Draft Development Contribution Scheme in respect of development in the Cherrywood Planning Scheme Area 2023-2028 ”.

• By consultation on the Council’s website (dlr Consultation) at https://dlrcoco.citizenspace.com
