The DLR Housing Department received Part 8 Planning Approval at the Council meeting on the 7th June 2019.

Overview

In accordance with Part 8, Article 81 of the Planning and Development Regulations, 2001-2018 (as amended), and as part of our commitment to provide high quality social housing, Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council are proposing to construct as follows:

40 no. 1 bed apartments, 12 no. 2 bed apartments, 59 no. 2 bed houses and 8 no. 3 bed houses at Ballyogan Court, Ballyogan, Dublin 18.

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development and dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area may be made on or before 9th May 2019 as follows:
