Overview

As part of our commitment to provide high quality social housing we are proposing to construct 44 new units at Rosemount Court, Dundrum, Dublin 14.

The development will consist of the following:

  •  12 no. 1 Bed  Apartments
  •   4 no. 2 Bed, 2 Storey units
  •  27 no. 3 Bed, 3 Storey units
  •  1 no. 4 Bed, 2 storey unit

 

The proposed development is in accordance with the provisions of the 2010-2016 Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Development Plan and with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area.
